6.11.5 Text Digital input*

If digital input boards (DI8
) are used, it is
possible to assign individual texts to the
digital inputs. These texts then also appear
in the failure/event list.
For each individual digital input two texts
are avai
lable. Text 1 is used if an event is
active
, text 2 is used if an event is inactive.

Example 1
:
A switch (normally open contact) is connected to the digita

First case: The switch is not activated.

Second case: The switch is activated
>An event is generated; status text fail input 1.1 of (38.1) is used.
